School, District & Cafeteria Fly Control
LUNCH RUSH IS A FLY RUSH.
Cafeterias concentrate food, people, and waste into a short window every single day, behind doors that open constantly. Schools, universities, and corporate dining halls need the exterior managed before the serving line ever opens.

Why flies show up here
THE CONDITIONS, NOT THE GUESSWORK.
The schedule never moves
Food is produced, served, and discarded at the same hours every day. That predictability makes conditions easy to manage — but only if the exterior waste cycle is managed on the same rhythm.
Doors open constantly
Dock doors, kitchen exits, courtyard doors, and student entrances all cycle during service. Every open door is a movement path, and propped doors during a rush are the biggest one.
Dish and disposal areas
Scrap stations, tray return, dish pits, and floor drains hold organic material that is easy to miss during a fast cleanup between lunch waves.
Outdoor eating areas
Courtyards, quads, and picnic pavilions place students and staff directly next to open trash barrels. Those barrels are the first thing we look at.
Sensitive environments
We work with your facilities team on scheduling and access so service fits around instruction hours and campus policy.
Multi-campus districts
District facilities directors get one program, one reporting expectation, and one point of contact across campuses instead of per-site improvisation.
The assessment
WHAT WE WALK.
The Fly Guy Assessment is an on-site, property-level look at what is producing and attracting fly activity. It is the step that determines the service plan, the visit frequency, and the scope of any recurring agreement.
- Serving lines and tray return areas
- Dish rooms, scrap stations, and floor drains
- Loading docks and delivery doors
- Exterior dumpsters and compactor pads
- Courtyards and outdoor eating areas
- Grease containment and recycling zones

FROM ASSESSMENT TO AGREEMENT
- 1. Book a day and arrival window online.

- 4. Service starts, and ongoing visits keep conditions managed.
Questions
BEFORE YOU BOOK.
Can service happen outside of school hours?
Scheduling and campus access requirements are set during the assessment so visits fit your calendar and your district's policies.
Do you handle multiple campuses under one program?
Yes. Multi-location management is built for operators and districts running several sites under a single agreement and point of contact.
How do I schedule an assessment?
Request an assessment online and pick a day and arrival window. You get an email confirmation with the appointment details, a calendar invite, and links to reschedule or cancel without calling.
Is this a one-time visit or an ongoing agreement?
Most commercial properties move from the assessment into a recurring program, because fly pressure is driven by conditions that reset daily — deliveries, waste, foot traffic, and heat. The assessment is what determines the visit frequency and the scope of the agreement; there is no obligation to continue after it.
