Venue, Park & Attraction Fly Control

PEOPLE CAME TO HAVE FUN.

Amusement parks, event venues, festival grounds, and family gathering spaces combine open-air food, dense crowds, and heavy trash volume in Texas heat. Fly pressure at a concession line or a picnic pavilion is the detail guests carry home.

Who this is for

PROPERTIES WE COVER.

  • Amusement parks and water parks
  • Event venues and banquet facilities
  • Festival grounds and fairgrounds
  • Sports complexes and stadiums
  • Public parks and picnic pavilions
  • Wedding venues and family gathering spaces

Why flies show up here

THE CONDITIONS, NOT THE GUESSWORK.

Concessions are open-air food

Stands, carts, and midway kiosks serve directly into the open. There is no envelope, so the surrounding ground and waste points are what determine pressure.

Trash volume spikes on event days

A property that is manageable midweek can generate several times the waste on a Saturday. Programs are built around your event calendar, not a flat schedule.

Picnic and pavilion areas

Family gathering spaces mean spilled food on tables and pavement, plus barrels that fill faster than they get pulled.

Long distances between waste points

Large properties spread receptacles across acres, which makes some of them easy to overlook until activity is already visible.

Guest experience is the product

Nobody complains about the ride. They complain about the flies at the table where they sat down to eat.

Seasonal and one-off events

Recurring programs for full seasons, plus focused attention ahead of specific events, are both supported.

The assessment

WHAT WE WALK.

The Fly Guy Assessment is an on-site, property-level look at what is producing and attracting fly activity. It is the step that determines the service plan, the visit frequency, and the scope of any recurring agreement.

  • Concession stands, carts, and midway kiosks
  • Picnic pavilions and guest seating areas
  • Trash barrels, corrals, and central compactors
  • Grease containment and back-of-house yards
  • Restroom exteriors and wash stations
  • Standing water, drains, and irrigation pooling

FROM ASSESSMENT TO AGREEMENT

  1. 1. Book a day and arrival window online.
  2. 2. We walk the property and identify the fly pressure.
  3. 3. You get a service plan and a written recurring agreement scoped to the property.
  4. 4. Service starts, and ongoing visits keep conditions managed.

Questions

BEFORE YOU BOOK.

Can you prepare a property ahead of a specific event?

Yes. Focused attention before a scheduled event is a common request, and it is scoped during the assessment based on the property and the event date.

Do you cover the whole grounds or just the food areas?

Food areas are where guests notice flies, but the conditions producing them are frequently elsewhere on the property. The assessment covers the full grounds.

How do I schedule an assessment?

Request an assessment online and pick a day and arrival window. You get an email confirmation with the appointment details, a calendar invite, and links to reschedule or cancel without calling.

Is this a one-time visit or an ongoing agreement?

Most commercial properties move from the assessment into a recurring program, because fly pressure is driven by conditions that reset daily — deliveries, waste, foot traffic, and heat. The assessment is what determines the visit frequency and the scope of the agreement; there is no obligation to continue after it.
