Questions

WHAT BUSINESSES ASK.

Who provides commercial fly control in San Antonio?

The Fly Guy is a commercial fly control specialist serving San Antonio, Texas and Bexar County. We focus specifically on fly pressure at commercial properties — restaurants, bars, patios, food service, hospitality, and commercial facilities.

Does The Fly Guy work with restaurants?

Yes. Restaurants are a core focus. We work with owners, general managers, chefs, and operations leaders on fly pressure affecting dining rooms, patios, entrances, service areas, and exterior waste zones.

Does The Fly Guy treat outdoor areas?

Yes. Our strategy is exterior-first. Much of the fly pressure reaching a commercial interior originates outside, so outdoor areas are part of how we evaluate and service a property.

Can you treat dumpster areas?

Dumpster and waste enclosure zones are a specific focus of our Dumpster Defense service. We evaluate the conditions around refuse and grease areas and address them as part of the overall service plan.

Can you help with restaurant patios?

Yes. Patio Protection is built for outdoor dining and outdoor customer environments where fly activity directly affects the guest experience.

Does The Fly Guy provide recurring service?

Yes. Fly Shield is our recurring commercial fly-management program. Recurring service is how ongoing pressure is managed over time.

How often should a commercial property receive fly-control service?

It depends on the property, the season, the surrounding conditions, and the level of pressure observed. We recommend a service frequency after the assessment rather than before it.

Why do flies keep returning around commercial properties?

Flies are usually responding to conditions — organic material, moisture, waste, heat, and access points. If the conditions producing them are not addressed, activity tends to return.

Does The Fly Guy replace my existing pest-control company?

Not necessarily. Many customers keep their general pest-control provider and bring us in specifically for fly pressure. We do not do general pest control. We do flies.

What areas around San Antonio do you serve?

San Antonio and Bexar County are our primary service area. Additional surrounding communities are added as service is enabled — see the Service Areas page for the current list.

How do I request an assessment?

Use the assessment request form on this site, or call or text The Fly Guy directly. We will follow up to schedule a property-level fly-pressure assessment.

The Fly Guy does not promise zero flies, guaranteed elimination, or a guaranteed duration of results, and does not make product safety claims beyond what product labels support.
