Industries We Serve — San Antonio & Bexar County
WHEREVER FOOD, WASTE, AND PEOPLE MEET.
Flies do not care what your business card says. They respond to conditions — open-air food, waste volume, standing water, and doors that never stop cycling. Here is where we work, and what we look at on each kind of property.

Questions
COMMON QUESTIONS.
What kinds of San Antonio businesses do you serve?
Any commercial property where fly pressure reaches customers, residents, patients, students, or guests — restaurants, patios, food truck parks, cafeterias, hospitals and senior living, event venues and amusement parks, apartment communities and HOAs, and any facility with doors that open and close all day.
Do you only work on food businesses?
No. Fly pressure follows conditions — waste, organic material, standing water, and door traffic — not industry categories. Food service is the most common case, but it is not the only one.
What happens after I request an assessment?
You pick a day and arrival window online and get an email confirmation with a calendar invite plus links to reschedule or cancel. We then walk the property, identify the conditions producing fly activity, and recommend a service plan.
Do you offer recurring service agreements?
Yes. Most commercial properties move from the assessment into a recurring program, because the conditions that drive fly pressure reset daily. The assessment determines the visit frequency and scope of the agreement, and there is no obligation to continue after it.
Can one agreement cover multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location management is built for operators, districts, and portfolios running several sites under a single agreement and one point of contact.
