Information we collect

Information you give us: name, business name, phone number, email, property address, business type, details about fly activity, booking details, and payment information (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers).

Collected automatically: device and browser type, pages visited, referring page, and campaign parameters. Google Analytics cookies measure site usage.

How we use it

To respond to requests, schedule and deliver service, process payments, send service notices and reminders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our website and operations. We send marketing messages only if you opt in.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage keeps the site working (for example, sign-in, offline saving, and your saved preferences). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load automatically to help us understand how visitors use the site. To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it and will not load analytics), block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Text messaging

Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Sharing

We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context advertising. We disclose it only to service providers that help us operate (hosting, scheduling, payment, email, text messaging, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Data retention and security

We keep records only as long as needed for service, legal, tax, and business purposes, and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted, with the effective date shown above.
