Service expectations

Commercial fly control is a management process, not a one-time cure. The Fly Guy does not promise zero flies, guaranteed elimination, or a guaranteed duration of results. Outcomes depend on property conditions, sanitation practices, adjacent properties, weather, and seasonality. Scope, frequency, and pricing are defined in the written service plan provided after assessment.

Products and applications

All products are used in accordance with their labels and applicable Texas regulations. We make no safety claims beyond what product labels support.

Scheduling, access, and payment

Service requires reasonable access to the property and its exterior service areas. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Missed-visit and cancellation terms are stated in your service plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, The Fly Guy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services or website use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Bexar County.
